Coverage wrapped on site and the cut is in progress. Highlights go up here, and the full-resolution set lands in the gallery within a few days — download the lot at once or pick out single files.
Vendor & participant downloadsVendors and participants: your content is here
Full-resolution photos and video from both days, in one gallery. Take the whole set in a single download or pick out single files — and where we shot your booth or filmed you for a testimonial, there's a link straight to just your content.

A two-day event on a single site is three jobs stacked on top of each other. The organiser needs proof the thing was big and worth attending again. The vendors need to see their own booth, their own customers, their own thirty seconds to camera. And the people who weren't there need a reason to be there next year.
So coverage ran in parallel rather than in sequence: ground photography moving the floor continuously, aerial for the site and the crowd scale, and a fixed interview position vendors could be walked to between their own busy windows. Nobody had to give up selling time to get filmed.
The part that takes the work off the organiser is what happens afterwards. Everything lands in one gallery that vendors can take whole or pick through file by file, and the ones we shot individually get a link straight to their own set. They download their own stuff, post it themselves, and the organiser never has to answer a single “can you resend that” email.
Running something like this in Tampa Bay?
Photo, video, aerial, headshots and vendor testimonials from one crew — and every vendor leaves with their own content instead of a promise.
