Real Estate Videography
Real estate videography in Tampa Bay, cut for how people actually watch.
Some listings need a slow cinematic film that makes someone feel something. Others need a fast vertical reel that gets seen by ten thousand people this week. We shoot both from the same visit, and deliver branded and unbranded so the MLS version stays compliant.
Two ways a listing video can work
Neither is better. They do different jobs, and the right answer depends on the property and the buyer you're trying to reach.
Cinematic
Slow, composed, emotional. Built for waterfront, luxury, and any listing where the buyer is choosing a life rather than comparing square footage.
Trending reel
Fast cuts, current audio, hook in the first second. Built for reach — condos, new construction, and anything where volume of views matters more than mood.
And the landscape cut for YouTube, Facebook, and the MLS
Vertical reels do the reach. The 16:9 version is what lives on the listing itself and on your channel, where it keeps working long after the trend cycle has moved on.
What we shoot and cut
Listing media and agent branding. The second one is what keeps the phone ringing between listings.
- Branded + unbranded
Vertical reels
Cut for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Delivered branded and unbranded so the unbranded version stays MLS-compliant.
Landscape listing video
16:9 for Facebook, YouTube, and MLS. The version that lives on the listing itself and doesn't expire with the trend cycle.
Cinematic property film
Slow, composed, emotional. For the listings where the buyer is choosing a life, not comparing square footage.
Agent intro videos
Thirty to sixty seconds of you on camera. The single highest-converting thing on most agent websites and profiles.
Agent branding content
Ongoing short-form that keeps you visible between listings, which is when most agents disappear.
Area highlights
Neighborhood and lifestyle pieces. These rank and get shared long after a listing closes.
Market updates
Monthly or quarterly market commentary on camera. Positions you as the local authority rather than another face on a sign.
Podcasts
Full episode plus eight to ten vertical cuts from one recording. One sitting, a month of content.
- Part 107
Aerial drone video
Reveals, orbits, and approach shots that establish the property in its setting. Part 107 certified.

Real estate video questions
- Cinematic film or trending reel — which one should I order?
- Depends on the listing and where it lives. Cinematic works when the buyer is choosing a lifestyle: waterfront, luxury, anything with a view worth lingering on. Trending vertical reels work when you need reach and speed — new construction, condos, mid-market listings where the goal is volume of eyeballs. Most listings we shoot get both from the same visit.
- Do I get a version I can use on the MLS?
- Yes. Every listing video is delivered branded and unbranded. The unbranded cut has no agent name, logo, or contact details, so it stays MLS-compliant, and the branded version is yours for social and your own site.
- What formats do I get?
- Vertical 9:16 for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Reels, plus 16:9 landscape for YouTube, Facebook feed, and the MLS. Same shoot, cut properly for each — not one video cropped and hoped for.
- Do you fly drones legally?
- FAA Part 107 certified. Ask every videographer you hire — commercial drone work without the certificate isn't legal, and the liability tends to land on the brokerage.
- Can you shoot agent content, not just listings?
- That's often the more valuable half. Agent intros, market updates, area highlights, and podcasts keep you visible between listings — which is exactly when most agents go quiet and lose momentum.
- How long does a listing video take to deliver?
- Photos come back in 24 hours. Video takes longer because it's edited, colour graded, and cut to multiple formats — we'll give you a firm date when we book, based on the property and how many cuts you need.

Every project is different — a condo reel and a waterfront cinematic film aren't the same job. We scope it on the call and quote a fixed number.
